We periodically offer promotional pricing on select English lessons for limited durations; the applicable price is finalized at the exact time of checkout. Displayed currencies are localized based on the geographic data tied to your account creation, or your current IP location if browsing as a guest. Purchasing in alternative currencies is not supported.
Big Brain English is responsible for collecting and remitting applicable use, sales, goods and services, or value-added taxes based on your jurisdiction. Depending on regional regulations, these taxes may be embedded in the listed price or calculated additionally at checkout.
3. Big Brain English's Rights
The Big Brain English platform, including the website, current and future applications, APIs, databases, underlying code, logos, and employee-generated content, remains the exclusive property of Big Brain English and its licensors. Our intellectual property is protected by copyright, trademark, and applicable international laws.
You are not granted any license or permission to utilize the Big Brain English name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or distinct brand assets. While utilizing our services, you strictly may not:
