Simple Greeting Dialogues

Objective

To practice writing and using basic greetings in different everyday situations.

Instructions

  1. Write 3 short conversations (2-3 lines each) using greetings. Each conversation should include:
    • A greeting (formal or informal).
    • A response to the greeting.
  2. Use these examples to guide your work:
    • Example 1:
      • Person A: Hi, how are you?
      • Person B: I’m good, thank you. How are you?
    • Example 2:
      • Person A: Good morning, my name is John.
      • Person B: Good morning, John. Nice to meet you.
  3. Scenarios to write about:
    • Saying hello to a teacher.
    • Greeting a friend.
    • Introducing yourself to a new classmate.
